We fundamentally believe in the need for a structured methodology to ensure the success of any consulting exercise.
Our methodology comes from our experience. It comes from what we have seen work in the field, what colleagues and mentors have shown us over the years, combined with our interest in various evolving industry standards such as ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, IT Governance, Change Management and Knowledge Management.
It starts with learning about the current state by capturing the specificity of your organisation business, people, processes, contraints, technology, providers... but, more importantly, getting to establish a clear consensus among all stakeholders identified as key to the success of the transformation you're driving.
As we move from each stage to the next all identified stakeholders are engaged in line with a governance model created for the program.
We then move onto defining the future state. Not yet another vendor/analyst over hyped technology revolution.
But a pragmatic, independent, industry proven, set of responses to your organization specific issues, challenges, and unfulfilled needs which we have identified during discovery.
Next step is creating your transformation journey in detail with a transparent business case. We build the project plans, the program plan, and the various outputs needed to obtain the funding required to proceed to the next stages.
We then move through the stages of requirements definition, solution procurement, management of the various implementation projects, and finally service transition.
